TrackUsername IP Ban

I thought it would be nice if you had the ability to ban IPs while viewing tracked username IPs.

So I made up the changes:

Open
admin/modules/nukesentinel/ABTrackedUsersIPs.php

Find:

I think it makes it a bit easier to ban bad guys.
