I was heading to my admin area and by mistake selected a Admin area instead of the admin login area and got blocked.
I deleted the IP from my htaccess and could not find it in the Nuke sentinal blocked IP in the database.
I appear to still be blocked. I have since seleted my cookies, history, and purged the htaccess file and the nuke sentinal blocked IP table.
What else can I do? |

Is it in a block range, or blocked at a higher level (e.g. 192.168.*.* instead of 192.168.1.1)? |

Then your IP address is in the blocked IP (nuke_nsnst_blocked_ips) table - remote it using phpMyAdmin. Make sure to scan for new admins after creating them (admin.php?op=ABAuthListScan). |

Tizwit, there are only two places where the block can occur: .htaccess and nuke_nsnst_blocked_ips. Unless, of course, you added a blocked range, but that doesn't make sense in this case. Maybe clear out all your IPs and start over fresh if you cannot find the one that is causing this. |

Oh, and never save a bookmark/favorite or use history to click back into your admin area. Always ensure that the only thing you have is admin.php and nothing after it in the URL. Always. |

You may not being "still blocked" but rather being blocked again and again. Try first removing cache and cookies and then exit / restart your browser and attempt to LOGIN to your ADMIN account and see if it is now fixed. Oh, and make sure you remove your IP from the DB and htaccess prior to doing the above suggestion.

Click the checkbox next to the row of data in which your IP appears and then select delete (usually presented by a red cross).
Don't forget afterwards to scan for new admin to make sure your IP gets put into the 'protected' IP table. |

Ok, sort of at a loss here. How can he do this if he's blocked - can't get into the admin section to do this or am I missing something.
In PHPMyAdmin bring up the DB, then click on the blocked_ip table and then "Browse" to the last page, locate the IP and then click on "Delete" for that row.

You have to click on the Browse tab to view the different blocked ip-addresses. |

Happened to me too few minutes ago. I deleted my IP out of the .htaccess file in my root. Then deleted my IP in the nuke_nsnst_blocked_ips table. Then wen to to my admin panel and scanned for new admins.
