Papa Mike Creations New Site
papamike writes "After nearly 3 weeks of almost constant coding and recoding I have finally finished my new site. It consist of one index.html page, phpBB3 forum which I also use as a download platform for the RavenNuke™ themes I make, a ton of image galleries, and other downloadable stuff on the index page plus a chat/shout box. One top .js supported menu system ( Milonic Solutions ) runs throughout the entire site. Fully integrated php counter system keeps track of visitors on the index page since it's seperate from the forums. PHP runs the SPAM proof contact form and guestbook.
Don't get me wrong, I'm still a supporter of RN, I still run and maintain a full RN site which is my theme design and testing site where I'm actively working on my theming project, themes, and more.

Showing you just how much they understand about security, McAfee blocked the SANS website, sans.org, as well as giac.org and sans.edu, with their SiteAdvisor application, listing it as a “bad” site.
Interestingly enough, SANS sites are some of the best sites to go to for security related news. Several people count on SANS for training on many security topics, and SANS also hosts one of my favorite websites, the Internet Storm Center Handler’s Diary. This site catalogs the daily events of Incident Handlers and provides intuitive thoughts on new attacks and how to deal with them.

MySpace to support OpenID (sort of)... is RavenNuke next?
kguske writes "MySpace announced support for the OpenID identify platform today, joining AOL, Blogger, LiveJournal, Plaxo, WordPress and Yahoo. However, the company said it only plans to allow OpenIDs created via MySpace to access the service, and currently has no firm plans to allow users to login to the service with OpenIDs from other sources, though this could happen. Some see this one-sided acceptance as a land grab.
MySpace, along with eBay and Yahoo, is also participating in the Data Availability program, and Jim Benedetto, MySpace VP Technology, sees the two efforts (Data Availability and OpenID) merging with MySpace becoming a hub of identity.
There has been some discussion about RavenNuke(tm) support for accepting OpenID authentication. Would this benefit your site?"
